(two) after-sales


1 The supplier shall provide free compulsory operation training to the demanding staff, explain the structure of the product, precautions for operation, impart the operation of the product and simple maintenance knowledge, so as to achieve the skills of using operation, operation and maintenance, and maintenance inspection.

2 When the equipment arrives at the scene, our after-sales service engineers arrive at the same time, unpacking inspection and acceptance, and providing technical consulting services on handling and storage precautions.

3 When the product equipment arrives at the customer's project destination, the supplier shall assist and guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment according to the progress of the customer's project plan.

4 After the installation of the equipment, assist in the power-on test, simulation linkage and load test operation test, until the requirements of the power transmission operation are met, as the contract product is completed and handed over.

5 The supplier shall guarantee the product quality after the self-delivery of the products sold for 12 months, and return to the user regularly during each 6 months and conduct on-site inspection, maintenance and maintenance of the equipment for the supplier's equipment. The main components are repaired or replaced free of charge due to quality problems during the warranty period to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect the interests of the user.

After the completion of the 6 quality warranty period, the supplier will continue to implement customer return visits and inspection and maintenance of the equipment, and assist the customer to maintain the contract products during each 6 months; continue to assume the responsibility and obligation of the warranty, and All costs incurred in the after-sales service of the product are only charged for the cost of replacing the components.

7 The product implements lifelong service system and 24-hour service. The equipment problem raised by the demander should be answered within 30 minutes. If the buyer finds that the seller has provided equipment and needs to be repaired, our company will arrive at the scene in the shortest time to make the problem. Get timely processing, let the equipment resume operation as soon as possible, to ensure the reliable operation of the product and to protect the interests of users;

8 If the customer orders the equipment without spare parts, the supplier can provide backup parts to ensure the continuous operation of the customer's equipment during the implementation of after-sales service, and then replace the defective parts after repairing.

(3) Work during the warranty period
